oracle dll and TypeInitializationException

Hello,

I updated my oracle 10g dll from 2.102.3.3 to 2.102.4.0

I put that dll in the GAC of my system and in the bin folder of my
projet.

When I compile the projet, the generation succed, but, when I launch
the application "TypeInitializationException" appears.

Have I forgotten something ?

Could you help me ?
