[OT] Decent dedicated Win/ASP hosting providers?

Greetings, folks.

Many moons ago there used to be a site named "Action Jackson" which provided
considerable information on determining which hosting providers were worth
going for; alas, it would seem that site's long gone, and I now find myself
in need of a dedicated server.

Can any of you here recommend anyone who can provide me with a budget
dedicated server (up to USD$150/month), running Windows 2003 Server
(preferably the Standard edition, but Web'll do), and with a decent
bandwidth allowance (anything over 100Gb/month would be good)?

I'm planning on throwing SQL Server 2005 Express onto the box, so am not
worried about whether any SQL services come bundled.

Granted there're a lot more things I'll need to check before throwing money
at someone, but I'd like to hear of your experiences so I can whittle down
the "shortlist" before embarking on more research.

Erm... I wouldn't touch NetSol nor GoDaddy even if they paid me; they're
well known for their support of spammers.

Can't say I've heard of "SMT;" I'll see if I can track them down and see
what they're like.
