OT: Rich Text Box editor (IE object)

Hi,

I am looking for a way to have a textbox, but with some rich text box type
properties. Most importently, it should let a user create hyperlinks.
Something like making things bold or highlighted would be nice too.

Basically, we need non technical users to add content that includes things
like links - so they don't know the HTML required for this.

I could have sworn there is something you can declare with an <object> tag,
that is some IE object that does this (or something like this?).

Any ideas about this, or in general a good way of providing this
functionality to users? I know there are probably components out there to
download, but it would be preferable to have something that can be used
without an install.

Check out www.richtextbox.com -- stay away from the activex objects...use
this one.
