Outlook add-in required to sort messages

Hi,

I am looking to have an Outlook add-in created that will interrogate a
spam related server and sort messages into folders based on the
response. It looks like most of the functionality is already used in
SpamBayes.

Can you offer suggestions on how to locate a suitable developer?
Another list, perhaps?

Not entirely sure what you mean, but there's already a spambayes
Outlook add-in. See the spambayes page, or Mark Hammond's page.

This is not actually a bad place to mention that you're looking for
someone to do some contract programming. (I'd offer myself, but I
would really rather not do anything that makes Outlook more
functional).
