Outlook mail received event in c#

Hi

I am trying to write a windows service that will listen to the
exchange server for incoming mail for a particular account.

If any one could help me out on how I could achieve that I would
really appreciate.

I am more looking for are there any events the exchange server raises,
or the mail account raises that I can catch from with in the windows
service.

I am implementing the widows service in c#.
