Paging to the page os selected item

Hi, I got a grid with sorting and paging function enabled.

Now what I need is that even after sort with other column...I need my grid
to go to the page that hold my selected item.

I need to get the new page index of the selected item in order to move to
that page directly on sort event.

Appreciate your help......
