Personal Web Site Kit - Access Database instead of SQL Express

Hi,

My hosting company does not support SQL Express, and want's to charge
an extra $10 per month for full SQL 2005 Server. I know that SQL
Express is not designed for large systems, but I'm only running a very
low use personal Web site.

Does someone have a version of the "Personal Web Site Kit" that uses
Access (or even...*ugh*... MySQL) instead of SQL Express 2005? Or is
there a way to convert the database to one of these alternatives?
