I think you may have made an incorrect declaration or a missing declaration with SQL so please review your SQL field

its either because of in the new versions of php mysql module been removed ; or module php_mysql wasn't loaded in PHP.ini ... so go and check those ...

if you use newest versions of php then mysql there has been removed ; so either you must use mysqli class or you must use PDO ...
