Sure. Just find a library to do it, or roll your own.

The C++ language, as defined by ISO/IEC 14882:2003 does not have any
concept of "Image", "Picture", or "Control".

Based on your "Native C++" comment, I'd recommend a group dedicated to
Visual Studio. Please see FAQ 5.9 for a list of suggested newsgroups.
