Plugin architecture over jnlp

Hi, I am building an application that will support plugins. These
plugins will be additional jar files included in the jnlp descriptor.
To get the easiest plugin control (tell me if I am wrong), I decided
to include in each jar file, a standard file (maybe the manifest?),
that tell about which plugin is available on the jar file.

In a standard application it is easy to get the available jar files,
but how can I do it for a web started application?
