popup question

I'm quite dim with JS.

A visitor opens a small popup, then goes back to the main window.
They click another popup link which opens in the same 'new' window as the
last but it is stuck behind big brother.

How do you get a previously popped up window to come to the front of the
stage when it is re-used?
