R
Robert
How much data munging do Ruby-ists have to do?
If you need data transformation software for preparing data for
reporting and analysis, there a few options available at
http://directory.fsf.org/math/stats
including
Vilno
DAP
PSPP
DAP and PSPP are open source implementations of SAS and SPSS.
Vilno uses a similar statistical programming language, but newer,
developed 2001-2006.
Also, for statistics itself, this Apophenia statistics C library looks
interesting.
Has anyone kicked the tires?
Of course there is R. But R is better at statistical analysis than at
cleaning data up prior to analysis.
