problem in deploying the website developed in visual web developer 2005

Hi,

I am new to asp.net.I am trying to deploy the website on IIS created in
visual web developer 2005 express.I am having problem with the
aspnetdb.mdf for login.
I have copied my entire contents to the physical directory( shared
floder),from where the iis virtual directory can access the contents.I
can see my login form but when i enter my username and password and
click login it gives my error
"error occured in establishing the connection".

I am using the sql server 2005.I don't know what should i do with
aspnetdb.mdf?
