Problem in shifting focus to another java GUI

Hi there,

I am creating a program that extracts the GUI information from the java programs by clicking on it (java programs are actually the executable jars). I am unable to transfer focus on the user interface of that java program. how will i be able to extract GUI information without shifting focus on it? plz some body help me.
