[Q] Instiki RSS features

N

Nikos Polizotis

We 're experimenting on wikis and we like instiki because of the rich
feature set.
I am curently using feedreader( http://www.feedreader.com) to read
other rss feeds
but I 've noticed that the rss feed from our local instiki doesn't get
updated although we
update and add new pages. The same with Opera as a feed reader.

Has anybody had a familiar experience?
Generally, how does one configure the rss options( update intervals...)?

Thanks

SharpReader seems to work fine with Instiki.
I'm not sure where the problem really lies, but I've had problems with
FeedReader and other sites so I'm assuming the blame is with FeedReader.

Seems easy enough to test, though. What do you see when you fetch the
feed in a browser, or using wget?

Honestly, I never bothered. I liked SharpReader much better than
FeedReader, so I never looked back. :\

What I meant was, if there is a doubt that Instiki is not sending the
most recent entries in the RSS feed, you can verify it by loading the
feed in a standard web browser and visually inspecting the raw RSS.

Or by using wget to fetch the rss and inspect what it saves to disk.

OK will do.

Do you know whether I can configure instiki rss features ( update interval )?
