Querystring problem in firefox

Hello,

I am having an issue with querystrings in firefox. I generate an
querystring using xslt with the context of a cms. In IE when the page
renders i get

http://mysite/news--events/news-archive.aspx?filter=0&dateselected=07 Aug, 2007&utc=2007-8-7

in firefox i get

http://mysite/news--events/news-arc...p;dateselected=31 Jul, 2007&utc=2007-7-31

as you can the & is encoded. Anyone any ideas? Is this a know issue
with firefox?

Well the ampersand needs to be escaped as & in a link in HTML so the
result is fine in my view. Unless what you create is not HTML but rather
plain text.
