Question about uploading filt

Dear all,

I am now creating a project which will use the aspSmartUpload component to
upload the file, however, I am fail to upload some file and some text in
Traditional Chinse under UTF-8 environment at the same time, i.e., when I
get the content in asp, it will get the wrong encoding text!!! I would like
to know are there any component which can upload the text and file at the
same time under UTF-8 or how can I solve the problem by using
aspSmartUpload? Thank you for all of your help.
