Need parse the String like

1.)Strtgy in ( '301','302','456','71A','C2G','C92' )

2.)Strtgy = '277' and FirmActMnem in ( 'RSMBCML' )

3.)substring(HyperionCd,1,2) = '60'

Suggestios please, am bound to use java 1.4 only
