Random Multidimensional Array

I have multidimensional array. This is the data :
0.2 0.8 0.5 -> row 1
3.4 2.2 1.7
4.2 1.3 2.6
5.7 3.1 6.9
3.2 5.6 7.6

the data consists of 5 rows and 3 columns.

How can random the data and get 2 rows from the data?
