Read a QR-Code

Hello,

How can i find out where my Name in a QR-Code is stored?
Is there tool that says: Name starts in frame x,y,z ?
Can i just replace letters via a binär Code ?
There are Softwares they transform Letter to Code but is it possible vice/verca ?

how does it work?

Is there tutorial ? Are there some free software ?

I like to experiment
