Reading CD-text

1. Does anyone knows some good method for reading CD-text from audio CD-s? I
wouldn't like to use platform specific functions (like functions that are
offered by Windows).
2. How about burning CD's in the same fashion?
I haven't found any support for this in java 1.4.1_02...
