with browsar can read html documenty using CSS aureal media - for voice

There are quite a few browsers which can output webpages as audio, but the
only one which I've heard supports aural CSS is Emacspeak.

none that the common internet riffraff are likely to use.

this is a Good Thing[tm]. imagine what would happen if a browser as
wildly used as IE supported aural CSS (which includes LO and LOE as
they use the same rendering engine.

forget popups, a person has to look at them for them to work. a much
better idea is to yell their endless annoying crap at you. the
internet with sound on would be unusable.
