Realeasing control (Help)

Hi,
I have developed web control now I want to distribute this control but
before that I want to secure my control and its source code........ I would
like to implement the licencing policies and .. other stuff.. so that my
identity on controls remains same..

Can you please let me the highlevel steps to release components.

I have created a strong name for that control.
