I tried earlier to get an answer to this question so I am re-posting a more
specific question:
I am using VS 2008, under the Build menu there is no configuration manager.
If I right click on the solution in solution explorer (I have two project in
there a web site project and a setup project), choose the Configuration
manager for the solution and pick "Release" , the setup project changes to
release but http://localhost/Appointment/ (the actual website project) only
has debug as an option.
Why doesn't this work just VS2003 did and how to I make it work that way.
