Remote Debugging Help

I can not get remote debugging to work properly. I have VS.NET 2003
installed on my Win XP SP2 machine. I have a win 2K3 server on my network
and want to have my apps reside there. Whenever I try to run an app it
tells me it can't connect to the w3wp.exe on the machine. Any suggestions?
I have been going round and round with this for some time. I just want it
to work already please.
