Remote query of a web service

Hi.

Can someone advise on which setting is required in order to query a
webservice in the same way you can query the service with a web browser on
the local machine. I have seen this done before so there must be a switch
that i have missed.

You can add these settings to the web.config:

<webServices>
<protocols>
<add name="HttpGet"/>
<add name="HttpPost"/>
</protocols>
</webServices>
</system.web>
</configuration>
