Remove warning messages from the command window

I already tried using javaw instead of java but it doesnt work , it
launches the command window in a separate thread.The command window is
not supressed.
Can we do away with the batch file and create an exe instead. Or is
there any other way to supress the command window.

Executable jar (, possibly and Java WebStart). As I mentioned earlier.
