reportviewer toolbar images not showing

I am having a problem with reportviewer on an ASP.net 2005 page. When
the page loads the images for the toolbar are missing. Because of this
I get a red X where all of the images should be and I also get some
javascript errors. Any Idea on how to get the toolbar to show up
correctly?

OK figured it out, I have authentication mode set to "forms" and it
will not run the reportviewer correctly until I authenticate

FormsAuthentication.SetAuthCookie("username",false)
