RightFax integration with Web Application

Hi!

I am developing a Web Application using ASP.NET, where-in I need to allow
the users to send fax.For this i will be using RightFax(as per client
requirement).

Can anybody give some idea or code snipet on how to proceed??

Is it Mandatory to have MS Exchange server on the server to send the Fax??
