RSpec configuration?

Is there anyway to make it so that --color be a default option? Like a
global ~/.rspecrc file?

mine is:
--color
--format documentation

That will sound stupid, but it doesn't work for me. Any other magic
step I should take?

Meh. I ended up aliasing the command in my bash profile. Thanks anyway
