It's not different than a standard CV. You need to list your skill,
achievements, previous jobs and schools. That's just to give an
indication of what you did in your life. Don't forget to write a
personalized motivation letter to the employer too. If you're
targeting an English employee, you'll have to perfect your English
too. CV formats can be found on the web, or you can hire someone for a
custom design.

Something that may be different with programmers though, is that
people like to check on your work. One good way is to have an
open-source project that you can show, so they can judge on your
quality of code and how you interact with the community. 37signals
also gives some good tips on how to apply for a job in their blog and
podcast.
Question ---> 2:-

=C2=A0?] My Second Question is How to Prepare for interviews???

Make sure you know what the company does, and why you would want to
work for them. Having good skills is something that is learned on the
long term.
=C2=A0?] What is the exact procedure to impress interviewer??

There is no procedure, otherwise everyone would apply it. Be yourself.
Maybe you're a good fit, maybe not. If you had past success, make sure
to mention them. It's the same for the rest of the questions, it
really depends on the company, there is no standard procedure. Make
sure YOU know what you want. Unless you're desperate to find a job,
don't apply to something that's not interesting.
