RubyCocoa: How do I fix this?

I followed the introduction tutorial here:

I rebuilt Ruby and RubyCocoa several times since.

When I type newcocoa -c, I get:

rubycocoa.bundle is definitely there. What's the fix? I'm lost for
solutions.
