runtime error in pythonwin.exe

hi, i tried searching to find a thread on this topic but nothing came up. I've been having a problem with my pythonwin program in pywin32 when calling visual methods more than once. A runtime error message from Microsoft Visual C++ appears mentioning that the Runtime Library had this application closed in an unusual way. any help would be appreciated.

also, i just installed pywin32 build 209. i thought this was supposed to fix it? (i saw that build 204 fixed it originally)
