We maintain a website with more than 10,000 working papers in PDF
format. We provide biliographic data to two services (RePEC.org and
ssrn.com) in the formats they have specified for us, but I assume
there is a standard XML format that we should support. Several
libraries have asked if we had an XML version of the bibliographic
data, but were not able to provide a technical reference for the
actual schema (if that is the right word). Can anyone refer me to a
specification suitable for unpublished working papers (called
preprints in some fields).
Thank you
