search page

I'm new to Asp .net. Where can I find an example with code that does search similar like this

We have about 500 advisory opinions. Each opinion is a html file, they are all in one web folder. I created a database with OpinionID, name, summary, detailpagelink

The I would like to have a webpage list all the opinions name and summary. Then add a search button on the page. when user search a certain opinion, it will list them and click them will lead to detailed pages

Any sample search pages will be helpfu
