SecurityException: Failure decoding embedded permission set object

Hi,
I'm building a ASP.NET solution. The solution works fine on one machine but
on another machine it throws the exception
"System.Security.SecurityException: Failure decoding embedded permission set
object". This happens as soon as I press F5 in the VS.NET IDE to run the
solution. What setting should I do, to make this work in the other machine as
well.
