SEGV in setsockopt

I'm using ruby 1.8.2 (2004-08-30) [i686-linux]
and DRb/Rinda.

From time to time I get:
/usr/local/lib/ruby/1.8/drb/drb:906: [BUG] Segmentation fault

from the BasicSocket method "setsockopt"
soc.setsockopt( Socket::IPPROTO_TCP, Socket::TCP_NODELAY, 1)

Any suggestions or hints?
