Use ffmpeg (http://ffmpeg.mplayerhq.hu/) to convert the video to 3GP
format and transfer it over to mobile device. They do not have a java
API with the distribution. However, you can use the jffmpeg wrapper
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/jffmpeg/).
