I have created a ASP.NET-application using VS 2005. The application containes
only two pages: Default.aspx and a Login.aspx with just one ASP:Login-control.
I used the Web Adm-tool inside visual studio to create users and define
roles. In the App_Data folder there now is two files: ASPNETDB.MDF and
aspnetdb_log.ldf.
The applications web.config file I added following lines:
<roleManager enabled="true" />
<authorization>
<deny users="?" />
<deny roles="users" />
<allow roles="administrator" />
</authorization>
<authentication mode="Forms" />
I installed the application on my IIS - and everything works just fine.
My problem: When I move the application to another machine I only get the
login.aspx-page. As soon as I hit the login-button to get the next page
(Default.aspx) I get the error listed below.
Server Error in '/My_app' Application.
