Session Cookie

I have a VB.Net web application, it uses the session cookie for maintianing
state. This has been working fine but I have one user that when they log
in, everything internet related slows to a crawl. It stays this way until
they delete all the cookies on their machine and reboot.

If they do not accept the cookie for the application, then the internet
reamins fine. (just the application does not work)

This is how I have determined that cookie is causing it.

Has anyone else seen this? The brower is IE.
