Setting unsaved in MSWord

Hi,

I'm writing a document in xml format mainly to be opened in MS Word.
The initial file that my program will be writing to is a temp.xml file
and I'd like to trick MSWord into thinking that this file is still
unsaved when it is opened so that MSWord would prompt user to save it.
Is it also possible to have a default save name (that is NOT temp.xml)
when user is prompted to save? Thanks
