shopping cart - shipping script

I'm wondering if anyone can help.

I'm trying to set up the shipping options in a shopping cart. The
script that I have only calculates on weight by
Special Delivery in the UK EU and Rest of the World. I also need it to
calculate weight by Recorded Delivery to the UK. Currently there is
only a fixed fee for uk recorded delivery.

What would be the right protocols to follow on this message board to
have some one look at the script and suggest if its a simple
modification or not?

That isn't what this newsgroup is about. Perhaps you can ask the author
of the script, or find a forum that offers that level of help.

If you make the modifications yourself, and run into problems, we may be
able to help you, but please read the posting guidelines first.

If it were me, I would use an off-the-shelf solution; a professionally
written (and supported) web commerce application. It's just not
work risking your company to an amateur programmer.
