Simplest way to have a generic error page

What's the best (and I assume simplest) way to direct web surfers to a
generic error page (e.g. "www.mysite.com/error/default.aspx") if an error
occurs with one of my sites aspx pages? (ASP 3.5)?

In the menu-

Click on "website", then "ASP.net Configuration"

A web page should show.

Click on "Application Tab"...

Look in the bottom right.

"Define Default Error Page"
