SOAP services: simple and up to date

Hello again, I have a question here. Can anyone tell me where I can
access a simple, up to date web service for SOAP for the Weather. I
have been programming a form on VB 6.0 to intake a zipcode, and from a
scource, output the weather for that area. does anyone know of a
scource for the info, It has to be fairly simple, and have just regular
weather information.
