some questions about times

Dear all:
I have some questions about times.
As far as I know, times will "get process and waited-for child process
times".
so if the child is not finish or dead, this function will cause the
deadlock, right?

system call.

I don't think so. When you ask the question in comp.unix.programmer,
perhaps you'd explain why you do think so...
