Song requester

hi all im looking for some sort of coding where i would like song requests to change for each dj at certain times.

so i would like this page http://hottunez-radio.com/request-a-jam/ to appear at certain times then change to email form at certain times. but i would like the email form song requests to go to different djs at different times

but i would like for people for press a certain image that says request a song or whatever and a page pops out?
