Spreadsheet embed in ASP.net page

I have to embed spreadsheet in asp.net page. I have heard of microsoft
spreadsheet control. But its not available on my system. Can anybody send
the path for downloading the component? I will appreciate if anybody send me
the sample code.

You will need to go out to office.microsoft.com and download the office web
components. There are licensing issues with what you are trying to do so
please read carefully

I have more question. Suppose client doesn't have the control on its
machine, then can we do something thru which control get downloaded on
client machine.

do you know any site from where I can get sample code for using spreadsheet
control?

Also, for technical article about using spreadsheet control, there is one
writen in VB, I think you may convert it into C#:
