SQL Error

Moved our files to our new test server and all of a sudden we're
encountering the error below. We get the error when we try to open a
RecordSet with a connection with the string below.

The connection string we have is:

"Provider=SQLOLEDB;Data Source=IP ADDRESS;Initial
Catalog=New_Websrvr;uid=UID;Password=PWD"

Error Type:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server (0x80004005)
[DBNMPNTW]Access denied.
/ConnTest.asp, line 14

Any ideas?
