SQL Server error while trying to add database in .net

while trying to add database from Asp.net, im getting the following error message.
"Failed to generate a user instance of sql Server due to a failure in copying database files. The connection will be closed."

im using Framework2.0 and SQL server is not installed separately.

how can i solve this problem? its urgent.
