I am using an ISP that provides the option to use their shared SSL
certificate, unfortunately this certificate doesn't work with .aspx pages,
but does work with .html pages. They tell me that if I purchase a third
party certificate then it will work then. I do not want to use a third
party SSL certificate, I'd rather use their free one, so my question is,
what are my options? If for example I could use an html page for the SSL
part that postbacks to some .net code that would do it.
Any advice appreciated.
